Shakun Batra’s Kapoor and sons is a story about a family in which each member has a loathing for one another due to their own reasons. Credit to the Director for coming up with this hard to handle story line.The attempt could backfire if not properly portrayed. But Shakun has done an impeccable job. His writing is very mature and you can see it in every scene. In recent times this is one of the films which has got a perfect Ensemble cast. All the six characters has got their equal share on the screen and every actor has given their best. We must talk about Rishi Kapoor’s Role as Grand Father here. You cant stop loving him each time he appears on the screen. Soothing Music and breezy Cinematography are added assets.
In short Life is Beautiful because of its Imperfections and Kapoor and Sons is all about that. Go watch it. It makes you Laugh, Cry and Smile.
